VelviIn short: we store only your email address, use it only to tell you when Velvi launches (with early access and a free month), never share or sell it, and delete it as soon as you unsubscribe.
Who we are
The Velvi waitlist is run by Adis Shirinbek, the developer of Velvi: Psoriasis Tracker, a private developer registered as an individual entrepreneur in the Kyrgyz Republic. Contact: hello@myskin.cc. This notice covers only the waitlist; the app and the rest of this website are covered by our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
Only your email address, plus when you signed up and confirmed (so we can delete unconfirmed sign-ups and avoid emailing you twice). We don't ask for your name or any health information, and we don't use tracking pixels or link tracking in our emails.
If you reply to one of our emails, your reply reaches our mailbox. Please share only what you're comfortable with; we use replies only to decide what to build, and we'll delete them on request.
Why we use it
- to send one email asking you to confirm the address is yours (double opt-in);
- to send a short welcome note after you confirm;
- to email you when Velvi launches, with early access and a free month.
Nothing else: no newsletters, no sharing, no selling, no advertising. We rely on your consent, which you give by confirming and can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the waitlist in a database located in the EU. Its Turnstile check runs when you submit the form, to tell people from bots; Cloudflare processes technical details of your browser and your IP address for that check only.
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) delivers our emails. It receives your email address and the message, and processes them on our behalf.
Both act under their data processing terms. Your address isn't given to anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed addresses are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and the whole list is deleted no later than 6 months after the launch email.
Unsubscribe or delete your data
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; using it deletes your address from the list immediately. You can also reply “unsubscribe”, or write to hello@myskin.cc to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR), you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top. We won't use your address for anything new without asking you first.
