MySkin Today screen: a quick check-in with itch at 3 out of 10, food logged today and 13 calm days this month.

What you can do

Everything about your skin, in one quiet place

MySkin turns a few taps a day into a picture you and your doctor can actually use.

Quick check-in card with an itch slider, triggers, sleep and pain.

A daily check-in in about 10 seconds

Slide your itch from 0 to 10, add sleep and pain, and tap any triggers. Log what you ate with one tap — it's saved right away.

  • Itch, sleep and pain
  • Triggers like stress or cold, dry weather — and food — so you can notice patterns
  • A gentle daily reminder, if you want one
Body map with a front-view silhouette, dotted areas and a Clear, Mild, Moderate, Severe legend.

A body map for where it shows up

Tap an area on the front or back of the body and rate it: how much skin is involved (measured in palms), plus redness, thickness and scaling on simple 0–4 scales. Scalp, nails, skin folds and other hard-to-draw areas have their own quick zones.

  • Clear
  • Mild
  • Moderate
  • Severe

Area and severity are your own estimate, not a clinical score.

Treatment screen with an ointment, its schedule, the areas it's used on and a fingertip unit illustration.

Your treatment plan, with reminders

Add the creams, ointments, shampoos, tablets, biologics or phototherapy your doctor prescribed, choose where and how often, and get a quiet reminder when it's time. A fingertip-unit guide helps you see how much cream an area needs.

Schedules in the built-in list are typical examples — always use what your doctor prescribed.

Photos screen: photos are kept inside MySkin, not added to the photo library and not included in device backups.

Photos by area, kept inside the app

Take photos of the same area over time, from the same angle, so changes are easier to see. Photos are stored only inside MySkin — they never go to your photo library and aren't part of device backups.

Insights screen with a report for your doctor, the diary calendar, questionnaires and an itch trend going from 6.5 to 3.0.

Trends and a one-page report for your doctor

See how itch and affected area change week by week, look back at any day on the diary calendar, and create a one-page PDF that sums up the last weeks — ready to show at your next appointment.

  • Itch, pain and sleep over time
  • Short “Skin impact” and “Joint check” questionnaires
  • Before-and-now photos of up to three areas in the report
Diary calendar for October with check-in, flare sign and photo dots, and a monthly chart of itch, pain and sleep.

Calm and Flare mode, based on your entries

When your recent check-ins show more itch or new signs, MySkin switches to Flare mode and the check-in adds a few safety questions. When things settle, it goes back to Calm. It's a label based on what you logged — not a diagnosis — and a good moment to talk with your doctor.

Please note

A diary, not a doctor

MySkin is a personal diary for tracking symptoms. It is not a medical device: it doesn't diagnose any condition or recommend treatment, and it doesn't replace your doctor or dermatologist.

If you have widespread red skin, pus-filled bumps with a fever, or feel very unwell, seek medical care now — contact your doctor or your local emergency number.
